This month’s Knights of Columbus Family of the Month is the Goff family: Steve, Rebecca, Emily, Stephen and Abigail.
They moved to the Space Coast from Pensacola, FL in July 2017 and joined St. John the Evangelist parish in July 2018. They live in Merritt Island and, after taking a year to discern which parish would be the best place for their family to grow spiritually, they made St. John the Evangelist their parish home (and yes, they do pass 4 Catholic Churches on the way to Viera!).
Steve is an airline pilot and Navy Reservist. Rebecca is a Nurse Practitioner and co-leader of the Blessed is She women’s ministry. Emily and Stephen are both actively involved in the parish as altar servers. Emily will be Confirmed in June. Abigail will be making her First Holy Communion in May.
The family feels blessed to be a part of the St. John the Evangelist Catholic community and are humbled to be recognized. St. John’s is so blessed to have the Goff family as part of our community.
