The Farmworker Ministry at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Community is dedicated to supporting and serving farmworkers and their families through acts of compassion, generosity, and Christian fellowship. Through this outreach, parishioners have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who work tirelessly to provide food for our communities.
Throughout the year, the ministry organizes several initiatives to assist farmworkers, including our Annual Harvest Drive and Long Sleeve Shirt Drive. These efforts help provide essential food, clothing, and other necessities to farmworker families in need.
We invite all parishioners to join us in this important ministry through donations, volunteer service, and prayerful support. Together, we can share Christ's love and care with our brothers and sisters in the farmworker community.
