Verso l’Alto Mass Ministry

“Verso l’alto” — To the heights!

Inspired by St. Pier Giorgio Frassati and his joyful call to live our faith boldly, the Verso l’Alto Mass Ministry invites high school– and college-age young adults to become more actively involved in our parish community through the Sunday 4:30 PM Mass.

Verso l’Alto—Italian for “to the heights”—was a phrase closely associated with St. Pier Giorgio Frassati, who challenged young people through his life and example to strive for holiness, serve others, and keep their hearts focused on Christ.

Through this ministry, young people are invited not simply to attend Mass, but to take an active role in creating a welcoming, vibrant, and faith-filled Sunday liturgy. Opportunities to serve include greeters, ushers, lectors/readers, media ministry, and more.

Whether you already have experience serving at Mass or are looking for a new way to get involved, there is a place for you.
