Memory Care Ministry

Caring for a loved one living with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease can be a journey filled with love and beautiful moments, but it can also bring physical, emotional, and spiritual challenges. You do not have to walk this journey alone.

The Remember Me Memory Care Ministry offers a welcoming, faith-filled community for those caring for a loved one experiencing memory loss. Our caregiver support group provides a safe and compassionate place to connect with others who understand the unique joys and challenges of caregiving.

Whether you need a place to vent, cry, laugh, ask questions, share experiences, or simply listen—you belong here. Together, we hope to offer one another encouragement, friendship, practical support, and the reassurance that God remains present with us throughout the journey.

Join Us

We plan to meet twice monthly on Thursdays at 10:00 AM in the Parish Center. Whether you are new to caregiving or have been caring for someone for many years, you are warmly invited to join us.
